White House to reform Federal IT management

Federal CIO Vivek Kundra unveiled a 25-point implementation plan to reform Federal IT management. The goals of this implementation plan are to 1) achieve operational efficiency through adopting light technologies and shared services AND 2) effectively managing large-scale IT programs.
